Jet ski booking software, from the dock to the till

Back-to-back rotations, machines to watch, clients to chase: WavePlanner runs a jet ski rental operation end to end — real-time planning, commission-free online booking, automatic SMS reminders and per-machine fuel tracking.

No credit card · No commitment · 0% commission on your rentals

What costs a rental operator money, every single day

Rotations that collide

One rental back late, the next group waiting on the dock, and a paper planner that warns nobody: every overlap gets paid for in discounts and Google reviews.

The phone ringing mid-briefing

Every phone booking interrupts a launch. Without online requests you lose either the call or the customer standing in front of you.

No-shows at peak season

A jet held for a customer who never turns up is a lost rotation on a slot ten people wanted. Without reminders and confirmations, it happens every week.

A jet ski rental's whole day, in one tool

Real-time rotation planning

Every machine has its column, every rental its slot with the turnaround margin (refuel, check, briefing) already counted. Drag and drop to shift a rental; the whole team sees it live.

Commission-free online booking

Your public booking page shows your real availability. The client requests a slot, you approve in one tap — 0% commission, versus the 2–15% platforms take.

No-show-killing SMS reminders

A confirmation text at booking, an automatic reminder the day before with a one-tap confirmation link: you know by nightfall who is coming tomorrow — and who frees up a slot.

Fuel tracked machine by machine

Every outing deducts its consumption; each jet's level shows on the planning, with an alert before you run dry mid-rotation.

A till that keeps itself

Cash, card, gift vouchers: every payment ticked on the planning feeds the day's till. Weekly and monthly totals, CSV export for your accountant.

Built for the dock, not the office

Installs like an app on your phone and keeps working with no signal at the water's edge. Everything syncs when the connection returns.

Frequently asked questions

Does online booking take a commission?

No, never. Your public booking page is included in the subscription and your clients pay on site, exactly as they do today. You keep 100% of your rentals.

Can clients book any slot they like?

No: the public page only shows your real availability (free machines, opening hours, the minimum notice you choose), and every request needs your approval before it lands on the planning.

How does WavePlanner cut no-shows?

The day before each rental, an automatic text goes out with a link where the client confirms attendance in one tap. Confirmed clients show a green check on your planning: you know who to expect.

Can I track each machine's fuel?

Yes. Each activity has its consumption; every outing you tick lowers that jet's level. You can see which jet needs the pump before the next rotation.

Does it handle boats and towed buoys too?

Yes. WavePlanner manages jets and boats with their own activities (towed buoy, flyboard, wakeboard…), each with its rates, durations and colours on the planning.

Is there a commitment?

None. The 14-day trial asks for no credit card, and the subscription is monthly, cancellable in one click — many operators only pay during the season.
