Scheduling software for guided jet-ski tours

Every guided tour needs a departure, duration, customer group, available jet skis and an instructor assignment. WavePlanner makes those details visible to reception and the team on the dock, alongside the history of recorded outings.

Prepare groups before they arrive

Groups on separate notes

When several bookings share a departure, the equipment committed and customer details must stay clear.

Different tour lengths

A short session and a longer excursion may need the same resources. Their return times matter.

A change to communicate

A moved departure needs to reach the instructor as well as reception. The shared schedule records the retained plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I plan tours of different lengths?

Yes. Configured activities have their own durations, and placement needs to account for resources across the whole outing.

Does WavePlanner define legal guide-to-rider ratios?

No claim on this page sets an operating or legal ratio. Configure and check the requirements that apply to your activity.

What is available during the private beta?

Access is by invitation. Public online booking is limited to an authorised pilot, not generally available to every operator. Automatic attendance SMS reminders are paused. A connection is needed to synchronise devices.
